We have listed below a few of the most common issues associated with accessing your course in IZIO. Take a look at these, as you may find that your issue can be resolved without looking further.
If you still find that you need technical assistance, fill out the form to the right and send your request to support@izio.com. Please enter as much information as possible about the issue you are encountering before submitting the form. Tell us things like,
- the IZIO button doesn't appear on my screen;
- the IZIO login page does not load when I click the button;
- I see a red error message above the IZIO button after clicking it.

Common Issues and Fixes:
Issue: I click the IZIO button, but the page will not load and times out. What should I do?
Fix: Please make sure that you have adjusted your cookie settings to accept the IZIO cookie. Directions for your browser type can be found by clicking here.
Issue: I click the IZIO button but instead of IZIO loading, I see a red error message that states “Login Not Available“. What should I do?
Fix: Your IZIO account needs to be created by the University. Please allow 24-48 hours for your account to be created. Once your account is created, the error message will not be displayed.
